Black Narcissus

Set in the Himalayas in 1934, a secluded clifftop palace, formerly called the ‘House of Women,’ conceals deep secrets. As the young nuns of St. Faith strive to create a mission in this enigmatic setting, they find themselves confronted by its eerie past, stirring up suppressed passions that threaten to lead to a tragic outcome. This adaptation breathes new life into Rumer Godden's 1939 novel, exploring themes of desire, faith, and the haunting echoes of history.
