Ex-detective Dennis Crown traded the gritty streets of the UK for a sun-soaked bar in Benidorm, hoping to leave his old life behind. But when holidaymakers start washing up dead, he’s pulled back into the case—pushed by his barmaid Rosa, a crime drama obsessive. Armed with Dennis’s real detective instincts and Rosa’s encyclopedic knowledge of TV murder mysteries, the unlikely pair solve one baffling killing after another, all while dodging suspicion from the local Spanish police.
