Far North

Far North unfolds the outrageous, mostly true tale of a hilariously incompetent gang attempting to smuggle half a billion dollars’ worth of meth into New Zealand. Their audacious plan almost succeeds, but fate intervenes in the form of a determined 70-year-old Māori diesel mechanic and his wife, who teaches aqua aerobics. Their unexpected interference proves crucial, as the duo uncovers the gang’s antics, turning the criminals’ grand scheme into a comedy of errors that keeps audiences on the edge of their seats.
