Alongside his friends and roommates, Nathan and Hope, Curtis navigates the absurdities of urban life. The show's premiere takes a dark turn when Nathan is imprisoned for accidentally killing a homeless man with a can of cat food, prompting Curtis and Hope to scramble for a new roommate to share the financial burden.
