Meisjes van de Goede Herder

Set against the backdrop of the Netherlands from 1860 to 1978, "Meisjes van de Goede Herder" uncovers the lives of twenty thousand girls from troubled backgrounds who found refuge in the Monasteries of the Good Shepherd. Britta Hosman, alongside Lies Vissers, Joke de Smit, and R. Riet, embarks on a poignant journey through city and countryside. Their mission is to piece together the experiences of their formative years, shedding light on the challenges and resilience of those who grew up in these homes.
