After Dr. Charlie Harris falls into a coma, Hope-Zion Hospital becomes a whirlwind of turmoil, leaving his fiancée and colleague, Dr. Alex Reid, reeling from the shock. While the hospital staff tirelessly works to save patients, Charlie finds himself drifting through the corridors of Hope-Zion in a mysterious "spirit" state, grappling with whether he's truly a ghost or merely a projection of his own mind. Balancing medical drama with surreal elements, the show explores love, loss, and the struggle to connect beyond the physical realm.
