Erin French runs The Lost Kitchen, a charming restaurant located in a historic mill in the small town of Freedom, Maine, which has a mere 722 residents. Each year, food enthusiasts from across the globe flock to this unique dining destination, but securing a reservation requires a creative twist: guests must send in postcards instead of using conventional methods like phone calls or emails. This distinctive approach adds an element of surprise and anticipation, reflecting the restaurant's commitment to a personal and memorable culinary experience.
