Ruby Speaking

Ruby shines as a beloved figure in a West Country call center, yet she prioritizes others' challenges over her own, often sidelining sales in favor of genuine connection. This heartfelt comedy draws from creator and star Jayde Adams’ own experiences in the call center industry, highlighting the blend of humor and empathy that comes with navigating customer service. Ruby’s journey emphasizes the importance of human connection in a world driven by numbers, making her relatable to anyone who has ever worked in a demanding environment.
