After being forced into early retirement, Victor's attempts to fill his time often lead to a series of self-inflicted calamities. Set in a typical English suburb, the show blends everyday domestic life with dark humor and surreal twists. Shot primarily in Walkford, near New Milton, the series hints at a Hampshire backdrop, possibly Winchester, enriching its comedic narrative with a uniquely British flavor.
