This multigenerational saga weaves together two timelines centered on Eli McCullough. In 1849, a young Eli is abducted and assimilated into a Comanche tribe, experiencing a transformative journey. Fast forward sixty years, and the now-adult Eli grapples with preserving his family's cattle empire amid the chaos of the South Texas Bandit Wars. Adapted from Philipp Meyer's celebrated novel, the narrative explores themes of identity, survival, and the complexities of legacy against a backdrop of historical conflict and cultural clash.
