Rick Stein's Spain

Rick Stein's passion for Spain dates back to his childhood. Historically overshadowed by the finesse of French and Italian cuisine, Spanish cooking is now gaining recognition, thanks to a new wave of dedicated chefs and their bold flavors. Rick champions the respect with which Spaniards prepare fish and the mastery of grilled meats. In his trusty old campervan, he embarks on a journey across the country, venturing beyond tourist spots to uncover the true essence, or 'duende,' of Spanish culinary traditions.
