The Crash Detectives

Behind the police tape, Gwent Police’s forensic collision team steps in when road incidents turn deadly. These specialists dissect every skid mark, bent guardrail, and shattered windshield to piece together what happened. From high-speed wrecks to tragic pedestrian strikes, they work methodically to uncover the truth—not just for the report, but for the families left waiting. It’s a grim, precise job where every detail matters, and the pressure never lets up.
