In the heatwave of 1936, workers are celebrating their first-ever paid holidays. But at a glamorous Riviera hotel, a prosecutor is found dead. Four women—strangers from very different worlds—are drawn into the mystery. Each has her own secrets, and as suspicion tightens, their paths collide in unexpected ways. What began as a summer escape becomes a tangled web of lies, desire, and deadly consequences.
