Feeling apprehensive about meeting her new stepfather, Hiyori retreats to her beloved ocean sanctuary. There, she encounters Koharu, a girl intrigued by her fishing skills. Hiyori takes it upon herself to pass on her father’s fishing wisdom. As their bond deepens, Koharu shares that she too is preparing to meet her new family later that evening. This unexpected connection leads the girls to a profound understanding, transforming their friendship into something truly significant. The story beautifully intertwines themes of family, loss, and the healing power of companionship.
