Hardware, a British sitcom that graced ITV screens from 2003 to 2004, features Martin Freeman in a comedic exploration of the quirky world of a hardware store. Crafted by Simon Nye, known for his work on Men Behaving Badly, the show blends humor with everyday absurdities. It sets the tone with the catchy opening theme "A Taste of Honey" by Herb Alpert’s Tijuana Brass, enhancing the lighthearted atmosphere. This short-lived series captures the eccentricities of its characters as they navigate the ups and downs of retail life, making it a charming, albeit brief, addition to British comedy.
