Deadline Gallipoli

Three determined journalists—Charles Bean, Ellis Ashmead Bartlett, and Phillip Schuler—find themselves at the forefront of the 1915 Gallipoli campaign alongside British and Allied forces. Tasked with reporting on the war, they face obstacles that prevent them from revealing the full scale of the unfolding catastrophe. From their base in Cairo to Anzac Cove and the eventual evacuation, these reporters refuse to let the truth be silenced. Their relentless pursuit of honesty not only influences the campaign's narrative but also transforms a strategic failure into a powerful tale of heroism that profoundly impacts their lives.
