Shut Eye offers a satirical glimpse into the seedy underbelly of Los Angeles' storefront psychics, controlled by a ruthless crime syndicate. Charlie Haverford, a former magician turned manager, navigates the treacherous waters of fortune-telling parlors under the thumb of a menacing Romani kingpin. However, a traumatic head injury triggers a profound shift in Charlie's perspective, prompting him to reevaluate his life, beliefs, and the morally ambiguous world around him. Blending dark humor with engaging storytelling, the show explores themes of deception, faith, and self-discovery amid the chaos.
