Housos, crafted by Paul Fenech, is a sharp-witted Australian comedy airing on SBS One. Set in the fictional suburb of Sunnyvale, it humorously portrays the lives of low-income residents navigating the quirks and challenges of public housing. The show’s satirical take on these characters has resonated with audiences, leading to its return for a second season, which debuted on July 22, 2013. Additionally, the series inspired a film, Housos vs. Authority, released in cinemas on November 1, 2012, further expanding its comedic universe.
