A renowned documentarian learns from a friend that his chronic depression lifted after viewing "Food Matters" and adopting the high-dose vitamin regimen championed by its featured expert, Andrew W. Saul. Intrigued, the filmmaker meets Saul, who introduces him to Orthomolecular Medicine—a therapeutic approach originally conceived by Nobel laureates and distinguished researchers. The encounter sparks a new direction, as the director begins to explore how this nutritional science, once sidelined by mainstream practice, could reshape his understanding of mental health and healing.
