Five lackluster Vermont state troopers, often distracted by their own antics, face the threat of job loss unless they can impress the governor. A chance encounter with a drug operation gives them a glimmer of opportunity, but their efforts are complicated when a competing police department aims to claim the spotlight. As they navigate the chaos of their unconventional methods, hilarity ensues, challenging their ability to rise to the occasion and salvage their careers while fending off their ambitious rivals.
