After Innocence offers a poignant exploration of the lives of men who have been wrongfully imprisoned for years, often decades, only to be freed by the revelation of new DNA evidence. The documentary intimately captures their emotional journeys as they navigate the challenges of reintegrating into society, grappling with the trauma of their wrongful convictions, and seeking justice for the years lost. Through personal stories, it sheds light on the flaws within the legal system and the profound impact of exoneration on individuals and their families.
