Bugs Bunny finds himself cornered by a menacing Russian poodle with a heavy accent, forcing a frantic retreat into a nearby lake. The chase plunges them beneath the surface, where the entire escapade plays out in a surreal underwater world. There, the cartoon logic bends further as the pair navigate the depths, their pursuit twisting into a comedic battle of wits amid the aquatic scenery.
