Josh & S.A.M.

Brothers Josh and Sam grapple with upheaval as their mother prepares to marry a French accountant, forcing them to move in with their estranged father in Florida. In a moment of imagination, Josh spins a tale about being a "S.A.M." destined for a war in Africa, suggesting that Canada offers refuge for those like him unwilling to fight. With dreams of escaping to Canada, the brothers embark on an adventurous journey, questioning whether their quest for freedom is worth leaving home behind. Will they find safety, or will their adventure lead to regret?
