Five longtime friends opt for a shared living arrangement, seeking companionship and independence instead of settling into a retirement home. Their dynamic group is further enriched by an ethnology student who moves in to research her thesis on aging. As they navigate the challenges and joys of cohabitation, the friends confront their pasts, forge deeper connections, and discover that life in their golden years can still be vibrant and fulfilling. Together, they create a lively household that proves age is just a number when it comes to friendship and adventure.
