Following Bruce Lee's rise to fame and untimely passing, 20th Century Fox attempted to capitalize on his legacy with this 1974 film, assembling four episodes into a jarring feature. The narrative feels fragmented, further disrupted by random fight sequences from other shows that seem out of place. The adaptation suffers visually as the original television footage is cropped for widescreen, often resulting in characters’ heads being cut off. This disjointed presentation creates an oddly surreal viewing experience, leaving audiences with a mix of nostalgia and confusion.
