Matī Kütt's experimental short animation delves into the dark recesses of a troubled society's mind. Using abstract, painted-on-film visuals, it portrays a solitary bureaucrat grappling with deep-seated inner conflicts. Surreal elements like twisted pyramids, reverse tunnels, and trapped woodpeckers symbolize his sense of existential confinement. As the narrative unfolds, the bureaucrat's psyche morphs into a labyrinth filled with feelings of alienation and absurdity, where birds, oil, and bizarre figures intertwine to reflect the chaos of modern existence.
