Vernon Praiseworthy, an endearing but bumbling character, is poised to inherit a massive fortune from his late uncle. However, there's a catch: he must experience life as a destitute hobo, just like his uncle did during the Great Depression. What begins as a straightforward journey quickly spirals into chaos when Vernon unwittingly gets entangled in a dog-napping scheme. With humor and heart, this adventure showcases his struggles and misadventures on the rails. Written by Jerry Roberts, the film captures the essence of resilience and the unpredictability of life on the run.
