George Hardy, a shepherd, spends his evenings reading detective stories aloud to his flock, convinced the sheep don't grasp a single word. But after a strange event throws the farm into chaos, the sheep decide to take matters into their own hooves. Tracking clues and sizing up human suspects, they reveal an unexpected talent for cracking the case—proving that woolly minds can be just as sharp as any sleuth's.
