After the villagers execute Constantin Tirescu, they believe they’ve served justice. However, Vlad Cozma suspects foul play, convinced that the killing was unjust. As Constantin returns from the dead, he grapples with his new existence, developing a peculiar craving for blood, which he amusingly considers pairing with pickles. This darkly comedic tale blends horror and social commentary, exploring themes of morality and the supernatural in a small Romanian village, where the line between justice and vengeance blurs in the face of ancient myths.
