Twelve years in prison hardens Hank McCain, a gritty ex-con drawn into a violent power struggle between a small-time mobster and a powerful crime lord. After realizing he’s been used as a pawn, McCain takes matters into his own hands by orchestrating a daring casino heist in Las Vegas. His actions ignite a brutal turf war that spills across Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York. With a relentless drive for wealth and revenge, McCain proves that nothing—be it blood ties, lust, or promises—can stand in the way of his pursuit, especially when armed with his machine gun.
