An author immerses herself in the vibrant life of a Barcelona neighborhood, documenting the construction of a new apartment building over a year and a half. Through her lens, the film captures the intricate interplay between urban development and community dynamics. As the structure rises, so too do the stories of the people living nearby, revealing their hopes, struggles, and the changing landscape of their lives. This intimate exploration highlights how progress can reshape both physical spaces and personal connections in an ever-evolving city.
