Inspired by the true story of Ed Horman, this gripping drama follows a conservative American businessman who journeys to Chile in search of his missing son amid a military coup. Joined by his daughter-in-law, they delve into a web of deception and uncover alarming evidence of complicity involving the U.S. State Department in backing the oppressive regime. As they navigate the dangers of a repressive society, their quest for truth becomes a powerful commentary on the intersection of personal loss and political complicity. The tension builds as they confront both the regime and the silence of those in power.
