Amidst rising international scrutiny in 1988, Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet reluctantly agrees to a plebiscite, allowing citizens to vote on whether he should extend his rule for another eight years. Opposition leaders rally around the spirited advertising executive, René Saavedra, urging him to lead the 'No' campaign. Operating with limited resources and facing constant threats from Pinochet's regime, Saavedra and his creative team craft a bold strategy to sway public opinion. Their daring efforts aim not only to win the election but also to pave the way for a democratic future in Chile.
