Jung-in, a professor specializing in Western psychology, takes a much-needed break from academia by relocating to the countryside with his wife. Eager to connect, they leave a note for their neighbor, who promptly visits the next day at 4 PM. Initially, the couple views this as a friendly gesture, but the neighbor, a doctor, begins to show up daily, disrupting their tranquil life. As his frequent visits escalate, the couple grows increasingly overwhelmed, leading to rising tensions and an unsettling descent into madness.
