Family courts in America funnel over $50 billion annually, surpassing all other court systems combined, leading to rampant exploitation by insiders. "Divorce Corp." investigates this troubling reality through in-depth research and interviews with top divorce professionals and affected individuals. The documentary reveals a system where children are often separated from their families, unlicensed evaluators extort funds, and judges wield unchecked power, enriching their networks in the process. Instead of providing support to victims of domestic issues, these courts frequently exacerbate problems, prolonging legal battles and contributing to severe societal consequences like foreclosure, bankruptcy, and even violence.
