Billboards and commercial imagery have infiltrated public spaces, raising questions about visual pollution. *This Space Available* explores the efforts of activists from advertising, street art, and politics striving to restore the visual integrity of urban environments. Directed with passion by Gwenaëlle Gobé, the documentary draws on her father Marc Gobé's concepts from *Emotional Branding*. Through 240 hours of footage and 160 interviews across 11 countries, it reveals diverse struggles against rampant advertising. The film provocatively asks whether visual pollution can be considered a form of violence, paralleling concerns about noise pollution.
