In the early 1990s, 13-year-old Karolína, a talented young singer, is presented with an opportunity to join a prestigious girls’ choir, where she will perform alongside her older sister and other competitors. Her remarkable abilities have clearly impressed the respected choirmaster, a figure both revered and intimidating. This gripping psychological drama not only echoes the infamous Bambini di Praga case but also explores the harrowing conflicts that arise between innocence and the abuse of power.
