Fiera and her punk crew spring their leader, Tarzan, from prison, unleashing chaos across the region. The gang swiftly returns to their notorious ways, engaging in bank heists, drug trafficking, and arms dealing, all while leaving a gruesome path of destruction. Their reckless lifestyle of violence and debauchery ensnares the entire countryside, prompting federal agents Javier and Marco to intervene. Racing against time, they must stop the punks before their blood-soaked anarchy becomes the norm, battling not just for justice but for the very soul of the community.
