"Head Case" unfolds through a chilling pseudo-documentary format, piecing together the home videos of serial killers Wayne and Andrea Montgomery. Set against the backdrop of their seemingly tranquil suburban existence, the film contrasts their mundane daily routines with the unsettling and graphic realities of their gruesome acts. As viewers delve into the couple's lives, the juxtaposition of normalcy and horror creates a haunting portrait of evil lurking beneath a facade of ordinariness, leaving audiences both captivated and disturbed by the depths of their depravity.
