Morgan Quaintance delves into the transformative power of voice in South, weaving together the narratives of two liberation movements—one in South London and the other in Chicago’s South Side. Through a personal lens, he examines the consequences of silenced speech and the fading of individual voices. The documentary presents a thought-provoking exploration of anti-racist and anti-authoritarian struggles, prompting viewers to consider the significance of expression in the fight for justice and the impact of societal neglect on these vital movements.
