After a fourteen-year break, the Eagles took the stage again in April 1994, marking their first live performance since 1980. Their reunion album cleverly borrowed its title from Don Henley’s quip about the band's future, stating they would reunite "when Hell freezes over." The live recording sessions at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California, captured the essence of their iconic sound for an MTV special, featuring eleven tracks, including a fresh acoustic rendition of the classic "Hotel California." This event reignited the band's legacy and captivated long-time fans.
