Observing from a nearby rooftop, an ancient female vampire is captivated by Isabel’s beauty and innocence. In a moment of compassion, she eliminates the cab driver and offers Isabel a taste of her immortal blood. Revived, Isabel faces a harrowing choice: to embrace a life of immortality or to end her existence within the next 48 hours.
