Nicky's Family is a compelling documentary that chronicles the extraordinary rescue efforts of Sir Nicholas Winton, often referred to as the "British Schindler," as he saves children from the Holocaust. As Winton approaches his 103rd birthday, the film blends dramatic reenactments with previously unseen archival footage, alongside heartfelt testimonies from those he saved. This poignant narrative, which resonates even after seven decades, encourages viewers, especially the younger generation, to strive for a better world. Notable figures like His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Nobel laureate Elie Wiesel also contribute their reflections on this inspiring story.
