Renegade USAF General Lawrence Dell breaks free from military confinement and seizes control of an ICBM silo in Montana. With the world on the brink of nuclear disaster, he demands the President disclose the secrets of a covert meeting held shortly after the Vietnam War began, which included Dell and the President's top advisors. This high-stakes standoff tests the limits of power, loyalty, and the potential for global conflict, as Dell's threats could ignite World War III unless his demands are met. Tension escalates as time runs out for a peaceful resolution.
