The Task (2017)

Ledare orchestrates a thought-provoking three-day conference in Chicago, employing the Tavistock method. Thirty participants engage in deep discussions, guided by ten trained psychologists, while a film crew documents the unfolding dynamics. Throughout the event, complex issues of stereotyping and identity projection arise, prompting participants to challenge notions of authority. As they navigate these discussions, a heightened awareness of external subjective influences emerges, compelling viewers to confront their own perceptions. The film invites reflection on the intricate interplay between individual identity and the societal structures that shape it.
