Seventeen-year-old Amira, a Palestinian girl, was born from her imprisoned father Nawar's smuggled sperm. Despite only seeing him during brief prison visits, she idolizes him. While her family showers her with love in his absence, everything changes when a failed attempt to conceive another child uncovers Nawar's infertility.
