An elderly man in a robe and slippers is left behind by his family during a holiday trip, finding himself alone on a desolate stretch of highway. His journey takes a turn when he wakes up in a hospital, where a compassionate nurse named Gégène affectionately refers to him as Mischka. As he navigates this unexpected chapter of his life, the bond between them deepens, exploring themes of loneliness, connection, and the search for belonging in a world that often overlooks the elderly.
