In "Hollywood Ending," Woody Allen plays Val Waxman, a neurotic filmmaker whose glory days as a two-time Oscar winner have faded. Facing a career crisis, Val is presented with a crucial choice: direct a film for his ex-wife Ellie or lose his final chance at redemption. Torn between his feelings for Ellie and the pressure of his career, Val's decision raises questions about the influence of love and support on his creative journey. Ultimately, the film explores whether his passion for Ellie clouds his judgment, both in life and in cinema.
