In a world recovering from a zombie apocalypse, the infected have reintegrated into society, appearing to lead ordinary lives. However, a critical shortage of their retroviral medication threatens to upend this fragile peace. As tensions rise and the threat of a resurgence looms, both the infected and the uninfected must navigate a treacherous landscape of fear and uncertainty. The struggle for survival becomes not just about physical existence but also about acceptance and the complexities of human relationships in a transformed reality.
