A man on the run from the gendarmes finds refuge in the home of a quiet woman. At first, their connection is born of necessity—she hides him, he stays out of sight. But as days turn into weeks, a tender, forbidden love grows between them. Their bond is fragile, shadowed by the constant threat of discovery. In a world of pursuit and fear, they cling to each other, knowing that every moment together could be their last.
